Part of our process of making our Black Garlic Shoyu allows us the luxury and ability to create this zero waste product. Our 1 year ferment black garlic lee’s created with koji, Mexican sea salt. Wonderfully full of delicious BG Unami.

This is one of our prime cheat code seasonings we add to a wide range of marinades, finishes and anything else you can imagine.
